Objective: Increase awareness of Chicago Music Exchange’s music store by creating a Battle of the Bands event.
Strategic Thinking: Margins on musical instruments are razor thin and by creating an event, such as one where bands battle it out using social media and on stage, Chicago Music Exchange will garner more attention and buzz for their retail and e-commerce business arms.
